This is Gentlemen

Where's the fun of being rich in a broken world? We're landing on the timeline where we get a chance to bend reality towards BETTER, let's not take it for granted. Future you beckons from greatness.
This is Gentlemen

Gloating is not a good look, but we certainly deserve a moment to celebrate.

Firstly, the bull market is here, LFG.

And if you've been here since I started, thank you. This is for you:

BUT, don't make yourself a target:

Secondly, a quick recap of Trump's crushing victory —a decisive mandate quickly delivered (and under budget).

The briefest of glances at the fund management of both campaigns collapses a galaxy of noise into a simple, sobering picture of what could have been, burdened by what was.

If the lines above upset you please let me know how much you're donating to the Kamala relief fund (seriously):

Trump's first week as president-elect is reminded me of when Obama was awarded the Nobel peace prize before he'd actually done anything.

It reminded me by being the exact opposite of that.

If this had been Obama's first week after the election results he would have deserved that medal, alas… Moving on to some specifics of what I'm looking forward to in a Trump presidency —besides his administration not actively trying to kill Bitcoin, and despite his shitcoining ways.

Efficiency

The US needs strong medicine to pull itself out of its current situation, but there are hopeful signs, like a serious intention to downsize government led by the proven king of doing impossible things, Elon Musk.

Health

I'm also smacking my lips at RFK's upcoming tenure, which is rumored to be sending big pharma honchos into a panic which is cute, I hope they go to jail.

I hope Trump will at least cut ties and funding to the WHO again.

Also on the topic of health it seems they've tapped Joel Salatin —an absolute legend in regenerative farming— to advise the USDA

Speech

And importantly, the beginning of what I hope will be a serious effort to protect free speech.

The "censor me harder" camp needs to be sent packing ASAP.

It seems Mr. Market agrees and may lend a helping hand here.

And yes, that goes for furriners too, defund the thought-police.

Given Trump's history with social media, this is one campaign promise I trust him to keep.

RealPolitik

I hardly know anything about Trump's tariff plan so I won't comment on it. But the tweet below suggests something important, an ability to play the game using the US' strengths as a tool with which to align other countries' interests if they want to avoid getting on the US naughty list.

Not Done

Having said all this, a cornered enemy is a dangerous enemy. And there are still several months before Trump is sworn in, I'm sure there will be more than one attempt to preemptively derail Trump before he takes office.

Even CNN is reporting on this.

On the international front there is also the possibility of —as they say in Business school— "starting shit", like having the US quietly sign off on two bills that would allow the Philippines to claim contested parts of the South China Sea as its own.

No, I don't expect everything to be rainbows and unicorns and I didn't even touch on Trump's Bitcoin policies, want to know why?

Because Bitcoin will eventually moon regardless but it'd be pretty miserable to have Bitcoin moon while the whole world goes to shit.

I could bitch about the things I don't like about Trump, Elon, Vivek, RFK, etc. but I stand in awe and gratitude of their achievements, not exclusive to but including this election, and I salute them with the conviction they are —warts and all— the best chance the US has to right the ship and may much of the world follow.

The job is far from done, in fact, the job starts NOW. We've seen a closeup of a dystopian future up close now and it's not a place I'd want to hang out in.

We all dodged a bullet, let's not waste the opportunity. Put on your game face and start building the best, most exciting and brilliant version of yourself, your family and your community.

Let's Fucking Go.

Bitcoin News

Silent Sailing

Microstrategy quietly acquired an additional $2 Billion in BTC last week (27,200 BTC).

The normie mind doesn't understand Bitcoin, so they absolutely cannot fathom what the hell is going on with MSTR, I know it doesn't feel like you're still early but you are.

But not for much longer.

Warp Drive

Bitcoin is gathering insane tailwinds. $1 Billion in less than an hour, twice in under two weeks.

TradFi is starting to alert moviegoers that there's smoke in the theater

The ultra-wealthy got the memo earlier

and now even some players in one of stodgiest, most humorless industries (pension funds) are getting in after being shocked by the math.

Taxes

One of the common arguments for Bitcoin not being money used to be "you can't use it to pay taxes". That's changing too.

How much is that?

This man is a leading expert on putting a value on things based on subjective appreciation, his Bitcoin journey is interesting to listen to.

Killing It

Ocean Mining pool has been killing it lately. Not only has its hashrate grown considerably, it's "luck" finding blocks —think of it as their batting average has been off the charts.

This is not only good for them and their users, it's good for Bitcoin.

>Gold

The Blackrock's 10 month-old Bitcoin ETF is now larger than its 19 year-old Gold ETF.

For those in the back

If you still get questions about why Bitcoin is actually worth anything, here's some ammo for you:

Assimetry

It's deceiving to judge whether you are "late or early" by only looking at price. You need to see detractors' arguments to figure out if they've seen something you haven't, are brainwashed (many such cases) or —most typical— have simply not done the f*ng homework

Consider the tweet below by James Surowiecki:
"Author of The Wisdom of Crowds. Contributing writer for Fast Company and The Atlantic. Editor at The Yale Review. I wrote The Financial Page for The New Yorker."

When you see arguments this bad it's usually brainwashing. Mostly pointless to argue.

Top?

Very likely not the top, but there's no debate that the market is very frothy. You should position accordingly.

Reserves

Gold is not the optimal alternative for Central Banks, it is the standard, accepted and non-controversial alternative. Bitcoin is a better alternative, but non-conventional alternative. Rumor has it some Central Banks may have started to catch on to this

Insane

I remember buying $1 limes in Colorado a few years back and thinking it was an absolute scandal.

Dystopian News

OpSec

With price pumping, this is the perfect time to remember to keep a low profile and SHUT UP about your stack. I'll say it again, don't make yourself an obvious target.

Newar

The nature of war changes as technology changes (lookup the history of the stirrup). Bitcoin is an example of technology changing money (which has happened several times in the past)

Today, the tanks vs drones tally in Ukraine suggest that smaller, cheaper, inexpensive, smart units may be able to outperform huge carriers —just like lightweight nodes anyone can run have overpowered centralized network servers.

Deutsch Kamikase

Germany looks like a horrifying case of suicide by wokeness sometimes.

From their phobia of free speech

What's astonishing to me is how people can't see through the transparently obvious manipulation and lies:

Unsuprisingly, the claim above was debunked by the German paper industry as bullshit.

It's been painful to watch Germany bleed from self-inflicted wounds.

how long can they keep this up?

Hopeful News

Let's not forget technology can also be used to lift people up

Price News

The bull market is here. Hang on tight.

Has to be said: I don my hat to Michael Saylor, what an incredible story.

MSTR is $10 from the greatest redemption arc in the history of finance

Bitcoin Surfing

Bitcoin leapt from the Board ($70.3k) and smashed the previous ATH with authority. It's caught some nice air currents and looks happy aloft.
